Nigerian superstar, Wizkid, might have figured out that American superstar Drake isn’t coming any closer and decided to unfollow him on Instagram.
The singer, Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun popularly known by his stage name, Wizkid, who just released his Sounds From The Other Side international mixtape, which features Drake among other artistes might decided to un-follow the revered rapper on Instagram.
The Starboy CEO indeed unfollowed the ‘One Dance’ singer after a quick look shows that Wizkid’s page showed he is following 788 people.

In an interview with Sunday Scope,Woju crooner, Kiss Daniel, opened up on the greatest sacrifice he had to make in his life for his career.

He said he regrets not praticing what he spent five years of his life studying.

He said:

“I often say that dropping Engineering for music is the greatest sacrifice I made for my career. That’s because I studied water Engineering for five years and I graduated with a good result. Many of my mates that we left school together are doing very well now, and sometimes, I feel bad that I’m not praticing the profession I devoted a lot of time and effort to study. If I was a praticing engineer, I’m that I would have gone very far by now. On the flip side though, I enjoy what am doing and I have never pictured myself doing a 9-5 job. Making music comes naturally to me and it makes me happy. So I have no regrets”

Nigerian rapper Olanrewaju Ogunmefun, popularly known as Vector lost his dad on July 5 2017.

Mr Ogunmefun passed away after a brief illness at his Lagos Island residence.

Vector has finally spoken publicly on the demise.

In an Instagram post, the rapper wrote:

“Don’t expect me to post something contrary to what my dad would want. I’d be lying if I said I didn’t burn inside but well… he gave me to life to teach, break and rebuild with God at the top of it all.

“I feel the hole but I know it means a new chance to let God genuinely fill the hole.

“Thanks to everyone who has shown concern and reached out. God bless and keep us all.”

There has been rumor that the two singers are dating, and this photo shared by Korede Bello sparks the rumor even more, and the caption he used, says it all see it below!

Nigerian Afrobeat superstar Ayo ‘Wizkid’ Balogun will tour the US with Future, a hip-hop/trap star, this summer.

Wizkid will perform in four cities with ‘The Future Hndrxx Tour’.

“Catch me on the road with @future !! Bringing that African wave,” the singer wrote on Instagram where the announced the news.

Wizkid will perform at the Perfect Vodka Amphitheatre in Florida while in New Jersey, he will join Future at the Boardwalk Hall.

In New York, he will perform at Lakeview Amphitheater and at the Moehgan Sun in Connecticut.

This will be the second time the Nigerian will accompany an American star on tour.

Wizkid last year went on the ‘One Hell of a Nite’ tour with Chris Brown.

On Friday, July 7, the ‘Come Closer’ singer is expected to release his first international album ‘Sounds From The Other Side’.

It will be his first project under RCA Records.

The singer, who is also touring the US to promote the album, recently had a concert in Washington DC.

Nigerian-American rapper Wale joined him on stage to perform at the concert.

His next stops on his solo tour are Atlanta and Dallas.

Former Chelsea player and Ivory Coast International Didier Drogba has hailed Nigeria’s music star Davido for donating a house to a fan.

The two-time African Footballer of the year described Davido’s kind gesture as “class act”. He made the comment while replying to a tweet by the musician.

Davido embarked on building a decent house for the mother of Utibe, a young boy who arrested Davido’s attention when he was featured singing the musician’s hit song, ‘If.’

Utibe had been out of school and only passed the time miming songs.

A concerned neighbour had taken a liking to the boy, and uploaded him singing the musician’s song on the Instagram.

Davido became interested, and upon learning that the young boy was unable to enroll in school for lack of money, offered to sponsor him to the highest level of education the boy might wish to attain.

The news of Utibe’s video performance also came with the revelation that the boy’s mother, a single mom of four, is physically challenged and lived in a make-shift ‘house’ with her children.

Davido responded to Drogba’s commendation by saying he was following his footsteps.

Fans reacted by praying for the music star, urging him to do more.

“My brother Davido, you can do better please. Own a foundation like my big legend Didier. Nigeria need people like you,” @Nusdaniel wrote.

Nigerian rapper, actor, and songwriter, Folarin Falana, popularly known as Falz have tagged himself a husband material.
